This is where we look at goals and expectations that move to action oriented outcomes. What does the learner need to do to be successful in meeting this goal? Action Mapping is collaboratively worked out, solidifying objectives, outlining actions that need to be accomplished, and establishing the “need to know” from the “nice to know” information.
Graphic Design & Script
Graphic design and script of the course is created and approved in a synergistic format before moving on to working within the implementation phase of the project.
Interactive & Engaging Course Creation
Courses will focus on participatory activities where skills are practiced in an engaging way - where learning takes place. Each course is designed for success based on the level of learning agreed upon in Action Mapping - from Remembering, Understanding to Applying, Analyzing and Evaluating. (Refer to Blooms Taxonomy.)
